Spirit Paramacitta Foundation previously commonly known as the Bali Plus is a non-governmental organization engaged in improving the quality of support for people with HIV and AIDS / PLHIV and affected people / families of people with HIV.
The organization’s vision is the position of people with HIV and affected people equal and parallel to the individual and other members of the community and its obligations to respect the rights of each – each as citizens. Monday-Thursday, 13 to 16 April 2015, the YSP (Paramacitta Spirit Foundation) held a “Training Management Strengthening and sustainability of KDS (Peer Support Groups)”. This training aims to Improve the capacity of KDS caretaker and companion in his peer group management, accountability and sustainability of the group’s activities. Mrs. Health Minister get an overview of the results of the achievements of support to people with HIV and AIDS conducted by the initiators group and peer groups of people with HIV in 32 provinces by Mr. Daniel Marguari of the National Initiators Group Spritia. Nearly 77 thousand people with HIV who was accompanied by a group of initiators in Indonesia. Five pillars of empowerment of the initiators of the group understood by Mrs. minister in the form of a pillar of confidence, understanding of HIV and AIDS information, access to health care for people with HIV positive enlightenment and final pillar is doing positive activities. Yayasan Spirit Paramacitta (Spirit Paramacitta Foundation) invited 10 participants from 10 KDS (Peer Support Groups) in Bali to attend the evaluation activities. Which was held on November 21, 2014. The purpose of the evaluation was to determine the success of the program that is run for one year, see the program implemented if it is quite effective, measuring the progress of the program if accordance with the purpose of the planned program and finalize the proposed future programs. Boshe we know as a nightclub, today Sunday December 7th 2014 gathered some HIV and AIDS activists Bali in Boshe. At 10 .00 pm has been present Mr. Steve Wignal, Mrs. Dr. Upadisari or dr. Sari, the health department colleagues. This activity is organized by the Foundation Gerasa to commemorate World AIDS Day. There are few rewards given to counselors activists , paramedics activists, leadership activist as well as many activists who have experience in the field and could be in the district in assisting people with HIV and AIDS in remote villages.
